Net Entertainment is looking to broaden its horizons by creating new online casino software made for tablets and smartphones, GamblingKingz.com reports. The Swedish-based company is known for developing innovative and well-liked products and is now looking to branch out in order to capitalize on the the number of people using mobile devices to play online slot games, table games and classics like bingo.

According to the source, the company will soon launch a range of new games that will be made to sync with iOS enabled devices such as the iPad, iPhone, iPods and other tablets. The new programs also come with a new name, NetEnt Touch and will have a trial go with the company's three most popular games - Blackjack, Jack Hammer and Gonzo's Quest.

"This is a great moment for Net Entertainment, our partners and their player base and I am confident that our mobile games will be very well received as the usability and total experience is truly magnificent," Bjorn Krantz, the acting chief executive officer for the company told the news outlet. "We will continue to build up a solid portfolio of mobile games, which will frequently be launched into the market."
